Kaliba Building are a high end Builder specialising in New builds, Renovations and Extensions.

Established in 2018 Kaliba Building is owned and operated by Director Harley Smith who has more than 10 years experience in the industry and also holds his CDB-U 100722 Builders License.

Harley Smith started in the building game renovating and extending high end homes in Albert Park and venturing back to the Peninsula to establish Kaliba Building.

We currently have a small in house carpentry crew enabling us to maintain quality and not having to rely on outsourced trades. Harley is a builder who maintains full visibility with his clients from quote stage to onsite meetings and the construction of the project - this is reassuring for our clients working directly with the builder and creates a sense of trust within the working relationship.

Along the way Kaliba Building has built reliable and trustworthy relationships with other high end trades that we are proud to work with to achieve the same goal.
